With so many pubs there are a wide variety of events ranging from quiz nights and darts matches to music evenings and even fishing trips. Here we will list a few that are known about.

WEDNESDAY 19th
NEW FAIRTRADE FOR WHITCHURCH
The White Hart
8.00pm - This meeting of Fairtrade Whitchurch will be held in the restaurant of the White Hart.
The aim continues to help Whitchurch to become a designated Fairtrade Town
Anyone who wishes to help or to learn more is invited to come along.

SATURDAY 24th
EVENING OF ENTERTAINMENT
Whitchurch Sports and Social Club
'Rockin' Tony Garrett, visits the Sports and Social Club at Longmeadow, for an entertaining evening of music and fun.

SATURDAY 24th
NEW Dr Vegas Play the Kings.
Kings Arms
Live music from local band Dr Vegas will have the Kings Arms rocking with anything from pop and rock to funk and disco, taking requests as they go.
Formed in November 2009 they are now playing throughout the south.

MONDAY 26th
NEW CALLING ALL COMMUNITY GROUPS
The White Hart
'8.00pm. We are very fortunate in Whitchurch to have such a wide variety of community and interest groups organising events throughout the year.
Are you involved in running one of these groups?
Would you like to meet up with representatives from other groups to discuss issues common to us all and to share your ideas?
If so, please come along. The evening will be a mixture of formal and informal discussion.

SATURDAY 31st
NEW PYJAMA PARTY and DISCO
The White Hart
8.00pm onwards
“I gotta feeling its gonna be a Good Night”.
That’s the message coming from the White Hart for its Fancy Dress Pyjama Party and Disco.

SATURDAY 7th
NEW JUST TESTING
Kings Arms
'Classic rock and pop covers band, playing from artists such as the Kinks, the Rolling Stones, the Ting Tings, Pat Benatar and many more.

WEDNESDAY 17th
NEW WHITCHURCH ARTS
The White Hart
7.43pm - yes the time is correct. A gathering of arguably the most creative group in the town.
There is usually a special focus to each get-together too.

SATURDAY 11th
NEW TWANG IN THE PUB
Kings Arms
'Twang in the Pub, Back to Basics, is an all-day, non-profit music event held at the Kings Arms.

MUSIC AT THE BELL
The Bell Inn
Enjoy live accoustic music by local musicians, and including a song session in an informal and friendly atmosphere.
Now become a regular event at this fine traditional pub.
The beers are superb too.

What a great Quiz night this is turning out to be. Teams of up to 6 and just £2 per person, including a free roll-over jackpot.
Watch out for interesting additions such as Jan's Cheese and Crisp Tasting Round!
There is also a friendly rivalry between the public bar and the 'lounge-lizards'.
A Quiz for all - one not to miss. That goes for the beer too!
